Both Professional Engineers have extensive experience in the field of structural engineering design, consultation, assessments and inspection. They are registered in the State of Florida and are both licensed Special Inspectors for threshold inspection services in the State of Florida. In addition, Mr. Biller and Mr. Reinhart are licensed in multiple states. Mr. Biller and Mr. Reinhart have gained years of experience on a wide variety of projects for both public and private clients.
