The total estimated area of the completed facility is approximately 12,790 square feet, including 2184 square feet of parking on the first level. The construction of the structure is to be comprised of the following: cast-in-place concrete foundations and floor slab on grade, steel columns and steel framed composite elevated floor and roof slabs. The exterior walls utilize a curtain wall system.
