BillerReinhart Structural Group, Inc. prepared design drawings and specifications and bid documents for the restoration of deteriorated reinforced concrete parapet walls at the 4-story office building. The concrete restoration work was performed in conjunction with re-roofing of the building.
BillerReinhart assisted the client and owner during the project’s bidding phase to select a contractor.
BillerReinhart also performed construction administration services including the following: conducting site visits during the restoration work to observe construction progress, submitting reports documenting the work to the client and building code official having jurisdiction, and reviewing contractor pay requests.
