DHIRENDRA S SAXENA (SAX), M. Eng., P.E., SI, C NE, F NAFE has been inducted as a Certified Forensic Litigation Consultant (CFLC) by Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA) a nationwide organization of professionals from a variety of discipline(s). Certification criteria requires completion of educational courses in the subjects of forensic analysis, litigation consulting, expert witnessing, and familiarity with the duties and responsibilities of providing forensic consulting and expert witness services in litigation claims as per their “Core Program”.
He received his AGP plaque and pin at the 2017 induction ceremony in Orlando, Florida of the 11th class of D.GE inductees.
In addition to this accomplishment Sax has also recently presented at the National Academy of Forensic Engineers (NAFE) -Atlanta conference. The National Academy of Forensic Engineers is an assembly of an elite group of engineering professionals of various disciplines, was established over 35 years ago under the umbrella of National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE).
Membership in NAFE is achieved through a rigorous qualification process that includes a professional registration and experience in jurisprudence system through participation in testimony in many depositions, mediations, and/or trials. All NAFE Members, Senior Members and Fellows are Board Certified and credentialed Diplomate Forensic Engineers through CESB (Council of Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards).
In 1999 Dhirendra S Saxena (Sax) P.E. our corporate Geo-Forensic Director, in view of his outstanding credentials was directly admitted/elected/inducted to the highest membership category of “Fellow” and was credentialed as a “Diplomate-NAFE”. Sax’s recent presentation at NAFE-Atlanta conference was a case history paper titled “Forensic Engineering Evaluation of an Alleged Deficient Steam Turbine Generator Foundation”.
