Adams Mark Hotel

Biller Reinhart Engineering Group, Inc. prepared design drawings and specifications and bid documents for the restoration of deteriorated reinforced concrete balconies for the 16-story south tower of the hotel complex. BillerReinhart assisted the client and owner during the project’s bidding phase to select a contractor. BillerReinhart performed construction administration services including conducting site visits during the restoration work to observe construction progress, submitting reports documenting the work to the client and building code official having jurisdiction, and reviewing contractor pay requests. BillerReinhart also performed site visits during the guardrail and sliding glass door replacement work to observe construction progress and submitted reports documenting the work to the client and building code official having jurisdiction.
