Chalfonte Condominium, Boca Raton, FL

The Chalfonte Condominium property consists of two 22-story residential condominium buildings each with 189 units, two elevated pool decks, and a 2-story parking garage. BillerReinhart provided structural engineering consulting services for a tower and garage painting design, bidding activities, and construction phase services. BillerReinhart also performed a milestone structural condition survey of the 2-level parking garage, elevated pool/recreation decks, elevated garden areas, tennis courts and marina docks, building and wall. The purpose of this survey is to visually observe the condition of the structures, perform physical soundings, identify existing conditions that require repair and/or preventative maintenance, and generate a report to document our observations.
