La Fontana Condominium, Boca Raton, Florida

This project consisted of the initial condition survey of the existing structures, design, assistance during bidding and negotiations, and construction phase services (shop drawing/submittal reviews, response to contractor RFI’s, project correspondence, etc.) for restoring the condominium rooftop structures that included:

• Special inspections in relations to concrete repairs for major portions of tie beams, columns, and CMU
• Sounded entire subject areas for repairs to solidify structural integrity
• Reviewing shoring calculations and designs

BillerReinhart provided structural engineering and consulting services in repairs and associated work for the garage, walkways, terraces, columns, beams, walls, common, mechanical spaces and completed concrete and stucco restoration, waterproofing and sealants, roof deck replacement, and roof covering repairs at La Fontana Condominium.
