Biller Reinhart Engineering Group, Inc. performed structural analysis services of building 2 in the apartment complex to provide the appropriate recommendations for repairing the structure after it experienced settlement. BillerReinhart performed a site visit to observe discernible structural elements and reviewed available construction documents (drawings and/or specifications) for the subject structure, as well as, the results of geotechnical investigation reports regarding site conditions and foundations. BillerReinhart prepared a report to document findings and make appropriate recommendations for repairing the structure.
